Hybrid printing that combines the speed and efficiency of screen printing with the accuracy and precision of digital printing

Here is how it works:

1. Design Preparation: Like with other digital printing methods, the design is first prepared digitally using graphic design software. This design is then sent to the digital squeegee for printing.

2. Printing Process: The digital squeegee uses inkjet technology to precisely apply ink onto the garment according to the design. Unlike traditional screen printing, which involves creating screens for each color in the design, the digital squeegee can print full-color designs directly onto the fabric in a single pass.

3. Curing: After the design is printed, the garment typically goes through a curing process to set the ink. This might involve heat pressing or conveyor drying, depending on the type of ink used.
